Thermorossi Margherita EVO Stone Wood Cookstove – Italian Soapstone Double Oven

Two ovens. Natural soapstone. Authentic Italian wood-fired cooking! 🇮🇹🔥🍕

Bring Italian craftsmanship into your kitchen with the Thermorossi Margherita EVO Stone Wood Cookstove! Featuring beautiful natural soapstone panels, two separate baking ovens, and patented PANEPIZZA® technology, this premium cookstove makes cooking with fire an experience worth celebrating.

Bake crispy pizzas, artisan bread, casseroles, and homemade dinners while enjoying supplemental warmth for up to 1,800 sq. ft.

🍕 Two Ovens, Two Cooking Temperatures!

The Margherita's patented PANEPIZZA® system allows you to control how heat is distributed between its two baking chambers.

🔥 Upper Oven – Pizza & Artisan Bread

Designed for higher temperatures, the upper oven is ideal for crispy homemade pizzas, flatbreads, and high-temperature baking.

🍞 Lower Oven – Baking & Roasting

The larger lower oven is perfect for casseroles, roasted meats, vegetables, pies, and everyday family meals.

Each oven features its own soapstone baking surface and thermometer. Adjustable heat distribution allows you to concentrate heat in the upper oven or distribute it between both levels.

🪨 Natural Soapstone Beauty

The Margherita EVO Stone features genuine soapstone exterior panels that absorb and gradually release heat, providing comfortable warmth even as the fire settles.

Natural variations in stone color and veining make every cookstove unique.

🔥 Efficient Italian Wood Heat

Manufactured in Italy, the Margherita combines a cast-iron combustion chamber, durable steel construction, and ceramic-glass viewing windows.

Its 19-inch-deep firebox accommodates logs up to 18 inches long, while approximately 40,000 BTU/hr of heat output provides supplemental home heating.
