Thermorossi Margot Black Wood Cookstove – Italian Dual Oven with Soapstone Baking

Two ovens. Two temperature controls. Authentic Italian wood-fired cooking! 🇮🇹🔥🍕

Bring the art of Italian cooking home with the Thermorossi Margot Black Wood Cookstove! Made in Italy, this beautiful cookstove features two separate baking ovens, individual heat controls, and natural soapstone baking surfaces.

Bake crispy pizzas, artisan breads, casseroles, and homemade dinners while enjoying the warmth of a real wood fire. With approximately 40,000 BTUs of heat output, the Margot can provide supplemental warmth for spaces up to 1,800 sq. ft.

🍕 Two Ovens, Two Cooking Temperatures!

The Margot's patented PANEPIZZA® technology allows you to manage heat distribution between its two separate oven levels.

🔥 Upper Oven – Perfect for Pizza!

The upper oven reaches higher temperatures, making it ideal for crispy wood-fired pizza, artisan bread, and high-temperature baking.

🍞 Lower Oven – Everyday Cooking & Baking

The larger lower oven is perfect for casseroles, roasted meats, vegetables, and traditional baking.

Each oven features its own thermometer and soapstone baking surface. Separate heat controls allow you to direct heat toward the upper oven or distribute it between both ovens.

🔥 Italian Craftsmanship & Efficient Heating

Built with a cast-iron combustion chamber, durable steel construction, and beautiful ceramic-glass viewing windows, the Margot combines traditional craftsmanship with modern efficiency.

Its 19-inch-deep firebox accommodates logs up to 18 inches long, making it practical for everyday wood-fired cooking and heating.
